Job Summary:

Job Description:
• Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to employees and managers.
• Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR processes and develop recommendations for changes.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.

Benefits:
• Competitive salary range: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
