Job Description

\

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Programme and Training Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating training programs, developing and implementing new initiatives, and providing administrative support to our staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. You should also have a strong understanding of training and development principles, with experience in coordinating training programs an added advantage.
