We are currently looking for an experienced IT Service Delivery Professional to join our team at Latcom plc. This is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional with 3-6 months of experience to take on new challenges and develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling IT inquiries, and resolving technical issues. They will also work closely with the wider team to field and assign tickets, ensuring timely resolution and updates. Key responsibilities include supporting the investigation and resolution of requests and incidents, as well as documenting and publishing communications for the IT department.

This role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, reflecting the level of expertise required. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of Microsoft Office, and experience working in an IT role.

Key Responsibilities:
• First point of contact for all IT enquiries, converting end-user requests into tickets (approximately 30-35 tickets per day)
• Maintaining accurate records in the ticketing system, chasing resolvers and end-users for updates on tickets
• Collaborating with the wider team to allocate tickets according to skill set, supporting investigations as needed
• Providing designated users with mobile phones, setting up standardized applications
• Documenting and publishing communications for the IT department, projects, and other required comms
