Technical Support Role at Signagelive

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Technical Support person to join our dynamic UK Support Team at Signagelive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via email, telephone, and our Intercom support system.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with our cloud-based digital signage platform and assist customers with technical pre-sales and post-sales tasks. Your strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills will enable you to provide top-notch support and build strong relationships with our customers.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also have the opportunity to utilize your French-speaking skills to assist our Head of Sales (EMEA) in building customer and reseller relationships. This will involve providing support with technical tasks in French to ensure growth and continued commercial success in France and French-speaking territories.

As a member of our team, you will report directly to the Director of Technical Services and interact with other global Support and Technical Teams to ensure we deliver a high level of customer support. You will be responsible for acting as a 1st Line IT Support person for all incoming support enquiries and assisting from a technical perspective with French-speaking commercial opportunities.

We are looking for a confident, friendly, and self-motivated individual with a customer-first attitude to building relationships and winning business. You will have a strong knowledge of PC hardware, the Windows platform, and application support, as well as the ability to communicate in multiple languages. Experience in software testing and documentation, as well as remote access software, is also highly desirable.
