Role Overview:

We are seeking an Autism Support Assistant to join our team at Ribbons & Reeves Limited, working with schools and educational settings in Southwark. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), helping them succeed academically and emotionally.

The successful candidate will possess a genuine interest in supporting SEND students, particularly those with ASD. You will have a degree in Psychology or a related field, and a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children. Responsibilities:
• Provide tailored support to pupils with ASD, promoting their academic and emotional growth.

• Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities, enhancing your skills and knowledge in areas such as ASD, SEND, and child development.
