Pharmacist - Hospital Experienced - Band 6/7 - Locum Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team in East London. This is an excellent opportunity for a Band 6/7 Pharmacist to work in a hospital setting, covering wards and assisting dispensary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Medicines reconciliation and drug chart screening
- Offering advice to patients on the wards
- Screening in the dispensary, inpatients, and outpatients
- Assisting the ATOs and Pharm Techs with checking when needed
Requirements:
- Current and valid registration with the GPHC as a Pharmacist
- Previous hospital experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
