Job Title:

Pharmacist Band 6/7 Locum

Location:

East London

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist to join our team as a Locum Band 6/7. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in covering wards and assisting dispensary teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Medicines reconciliation and drug chart screening
  2. Offering advice to patients on the wards
  3. Screening in the dispensary, inpatients, and outpatients
  4. Assisting the ATOs and Pharm Techs with checking when needed
Requirements and Qualifications:
  1. Current and valid registration with the GPHC as a Pharmacist
  2. Previous hospital experience
  3. Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
Working Hours and Contract Duration:

This position is Monday to Friday with the option of working 3, 4 or 5 days per week.
