Paediatric Cardiology Consultant with Electrophysiology Expertise

This is a locum full-time consultant appointment in paediatric cardiology with a strong emphasis on electrophysiology.
The post-holder will be expected to work within the existing team on the Royal Brompton and Harefield and Evelina London Hospitals sites to enhance the paediatric EP and cardiology service and its network.
The post-holder will participate in paediatric EP governance with a focus on quality and education, and will contribute to the development of the service profile within the Clinical group, Trust, and Network.
The post-holder will work closely with existing consultants and the MDT to provide a clinical service of excellence for children with EP problems, either congenital or acquired.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide High Quality Care to Patients
- Contribute to Research, Education, and Administrative Responsibilities
- Participate in Performance Management and Medical Staff Management
- Contribute to Governance, Strategy, and Business Planning
- Lead and Work as Part of a Team
- Direct Clinical Care Activities and Support Programmed Activities
The Paediatric Cardiology Service is based at both the Evelina London Children's Hospital and the Royal Brompton and Harefield Hospitals. The post-holder will be expected to work at both sites and in any additional or different location in the Network owned or served by the Trust.
