Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Activity Coordinator to join our team at The Cinnamon Care Collection. As an Activity Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and facilitating stimulating activities that promote independence and choice for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate a variety of activities, including fitness, arts & crafts, musical events, and group historical discussions
  • Identify and recruit volunteers to support the activities programme
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local community groups and organizations to access resources and opportunities for residents
  • Collaborate with the Senior Activity Coordinator to ensure a cohesive and engaging activities programme
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the activities programme and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of residents
  • Passion for delivering high-quality activities that promote independence and choice
