Job Title: Litigator

We are seeking a highly skilled Litigator to join our team at Private Property Acquisition Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all phases of the litigation process, from investigation and pleadings to trial, settlement, and appeal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in civil litigation and other legal proceedings
  • Conduct legal research and provide legal advice
  • Draft legal documents and pleadings
  • Manage and coordinate litigation cases
  • Develop and implement litigation strategies
Requirements:
  • Strong litigation experience with a focus on civil litigation
  • Excellent research, analytical, and legal writing skills
  • Knowledge of legal procedures and practices
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
  • Demonstrated track record of successful litigation cases
