Job Overview: As a Paediatric Bank Nurse, you will provide care packages within the patient's own home, requiring regular travel across Lincolnshire. This is a field-based role that demands passion, drive, and exceptional nursing skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care to patients with complex needs, including tracheostomy and ventilator support.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on managing complex medical conditions.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and share best practices.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing (Adult or Paediatric) or equivalent qualification.
  • Current registration with the NMC.
  • Experience working with patients with complex needs, particularly those requiring tracheostomy and ventilator support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
