Business Development Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Lighthouse Personnel LTD. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a designated territory and building strong relationships with existing and new clients to drive sales growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Conduct regular sales calls and meetings to identify new business opportunities and close deals
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in a similar industry or role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Driving license preferred due to remote location
