We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Adult Care Assistant - Relief Role to join our team at The Laurels, an award-winning care home. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents, working collaboratively with our experienced support staff to deliver high-quality care and support.

In this role, you will provide person-centred care and support to older adults, promoting independence and dignity. A competitive salary of £11.25 per hour (based on national averages for adult care assistants) is offered, along with flexible working arrangements and ongoing training and development.
