About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team at our purpose-built care home in Chelmsford. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centered care to residents, promoting independence and dignity
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure residents' needs are met
- Develop and implement individual care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the doctor
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of residents' care and progress
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse Qualified with a valid NMC pin
- Good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices
- Experience in infection control, moving and handling, wound care, and drug administration
- Good Communication Skills
