Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Performance Metrics: Lead the development of performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for our digital products, and build dashboards to communicate key metrics to stakeholders.
- Track and Measure Customer Behavior: Use data to inform iterative service changes, and follow a process of continual iteration and measurement to monitor, iterate, and improve.
- Communicate Service Performance: Identify and communicate service performance, actionable stories, and business insights from data to stakeholders and the team, to inform user-centric design decisions.
- Analyze Data from Web Analytics Tooling: Skilled in analyzing data from web analytics tooling such as Google Analytics, and validate/assure the implementation of web analytics.
- Identify Additional Data Sources: Identify additional data sources that can be used to measure performance.
- Experience in Agile: Experience working closely with User Researchers, Content Designers, Interaction Designers, Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, Delivery Managers, and others in Agile teams.
- Team Capability Building: Experience of building team capability through role modeling, mentoring, and coaching.
- Relationship Management: Ability to manage relationships with non-technical colleagues and work in a collaborative, inclusive way.
- Statistical Significance: Interpret A/B and multivariate testing to enable the effects of changes to the service to be tested and to support iterative improvements.
- Digital Performance Analysis: Expert in digital performance analysis and the configuration and deployment of digital analytics solutions, such as Google analytics.
- SQL Proficiency: Proficient in SQL.
