Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our nursing staff in delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy Outpatient Clinic, providing clinical support to patients and contributing to the delivery of a five-day-a-week service. You will work under the supervision of qualified professionals, implementing delegated tasks and reporting back to ensure seamless patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical support to patients, including carrying out tests and procedures as required
  • Work collaboratively with nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Implement delegated tasks and report back to supervising professionals
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for patients
