We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Cerebral Palsy Support Worker to provide high-quality care and support to a young boy with complex needs in Andover, Hampshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene and mobility, to ensure the client's comfort and well-being.
  • Administer medication and monitor health conditions, working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance the client's quality of life.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to ensure continuity of care.
  • Collaborate with a range of healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care and support.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care, to ensure the ability to provide high-quality care and support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with the client, family, and healthcare professionals.
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature to provide emotional support and companionship.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Flexibility to work the specified hours to meet the client's needs.

Training & Background Checks:
