At Europa Worldwide Group, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Professional to join our dynamic Road Freight team. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth, this role offers excellent financial rewards and natural career progression.

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales driven individual who wants to build their own mini business and develop into a position where they can manage their own team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding financial targets, appointment and telesales targets as requested by your line manager, and maintaining and developing your customer base.

We require a strong, confident, and resilient personality with a full UK driving license. Ideally, some sales experience would be beneficial, but it's not essential. You should be passionate about sales and customer service, with fantastic communication skills both written and verbal, and an impressive telephone manner.

In this role, you will source sales leads using the Company's in-house CMS or other sources of information, make telesales calls (outbound) to potential clients to profile and qualify the prospect, and manage the accounts in your business base by maintaining and developing the levels of business within that client base.

The estimated salary for this role is up to £35,000 per annum, with an uncapped commission scheme and excellent benefits package, including company car, 25 days' holiday, and life insurance.
