Job Description

We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team at The Masuri Group, focusing on the growth and development of our sports clothing platform.

As a key member of our high-performance team, you will be responsible for building relationships with existing and prospective customers, identifying opportunities for sales growth, and providing exceptional customer service.

You will leverage your industry expertise to offer tailored solutions to our customers, utilizing our well-maintained CRM system to drive new business and expand our customer base.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, customer service, and entrepreneurship, with a strong desire to contribute to an exciting growth story.

In this role, you will be accountable for:

  • Sales of £TBC per annum (OTE)
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Prospecting for new business through data-driven outreach efforts
  • Collaborating with the wider team to drive growth and achieve KPIs
