Job Opportunity for a Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading care home service in the Stoke-on-Trent area. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents, working closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each resident
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the ongoing needs of residents are met
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Provide guidance and support to care staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin
  • Experience in elderly care, preferably in a care home setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care and support to residents
