About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Health Care Assistant to join our team at Hastings Court. As a key member of our care team, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including washing, dressing, and assisting with meals.
  • Assist with daily activities, such as mobility and transfers, and provide companionship to residents.
  • Work closely with the care team to ensure residents receive high-quality care and support.
  • Participate in training and up-skilling sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.
  • 40.25 hours per week, with a full-time contract.
  • Days shifts, with opportunities for flexible working.

Requirements
