Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Hastings Court. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional care and support to our residents, promoting their physical, psychological, and social well-being.
  • Assist with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and daily living tasks.
  • Support family members and visitors, ensuring they feel welcome and included in our care community.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care and support.

Requirements

  • A can-do attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional care and support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Experience working in a healthcare or social care setting, with a focus on providing person-centered care and support.
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, with a desire to enhance your skills and knowledge in areas such as dementia care, mental health, and end-of-life care.
