Role Overview

Superior Healthcare is a leading healthcare agency offering opportunities across various care settings, including nursing and residential care homes, supported living houses, and learning disability placements.

We are seeking a Care and Support Professional to provide high-quality care and support to our clients, working flexibly as part of a team to adapt to their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent care and support to clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide a high-quality service, adapting to the needs of service users.

Requirements

  • 6 months of previous paid experience working as a carer or support worker within the UK.
  • Able to commit to at least 24 hours per week.
  • A caring, empathetic, and patient attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
