Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Hastings Court. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent care and support to our residents, including personal care, meal assistance, and daily activities.
  • Assist with daily tasks and activities, such as washing, dressing, and assisting with meals.
  • Support family members and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Actively participate in training and up-skilling sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Work closely with the management team and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for our residents.

Requirements

  • A can-do attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional care and support.
  • Be a compassionate and caring person, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.
  • Be a true team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have experience working as a Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker (full training will be provided for the right candidate).
