About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing financial reconciliations, handling customer payments, and ensuring accurate data entry in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Process incoming payments from customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Support with Standing Order income processes and ensure all payments are recorded accurately
  • Maintain excellent attention to detail at all times to ensure high-quality work

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Word
  • Experience using CRM systems and data entry software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work accurately and efficiently in a busy office environment
