Key Responsibilities- Operational Leadership: Oversee all day-to-day operations of the accommodation facility, ensuring seamless execution and high standards of service and quality.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage operational procedures, policies, and standards to drive high rental incomes and optimize net operational income.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to attract high-quality tenants, leveraging various marketing channels with a strong focus on digital platforms.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team dedicated to exceptional service, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development to ensure a premium resident experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in student accommodation, hospitality, or luxury accommodation, ideally in London.
- Skills: Proven track record of securing high rental incomes and maximizing operational income, in-depth understanding of digital marketing strategies and platforms, strong financial acumen, and excellent leadership and team management skills.
