About the Job

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Sales Support Administrator to join our dynamic team at HireIQ. As a key member of our sales function, you will play a vital role in supporting the finance team and ensuring seamless customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ordering parts and materials for customer orders
  • Setting up service schedules for customers and communicating with service engineers
  • Preparing quotes for repairs and providing excellent customer service via telephone and email
  • Performing administrative duties to support the sales team
Essential Criteria
  • Previous administration experience with a focus on customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
