Job Title: Sales Administrator

At Lorien, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Direct Sales team with sales compliance, sales assurance, and back-office administration duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Direct Sales team with sales compliance and sales assurance duties
  • Act as a point of contact for sales contractor and sales partners queries
  • Assist with processing of SME sales and renewals contracts
  • Provide administrative assistance to the sales and retention team
  • Carry out administrative duties for the wider SME Direct Sales Team
  • Assist with updating of KPIs and sales reporting for various sales channels
Requirements:
  • Highly numerate with the ability to work on computer systems in a process environment
  • Disciplined and rigorous, ensuring compliance and controls are adhered to
  • Strong in character to deal with day-to-day challenges
  • Able to build and maintain relationships to enhance effectiveness
  • A confident and professional communication style, whether written or oral
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Customer-focused and proven ability to deal with complex requests
  • Ability to work independently with initiative
  • Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials, appropriate to communicate to the target audience using Word or PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
