Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior chefs in learning and practicing various cooking methods, with a focus on night operations.
  • Ensure the kitchen is clean and sanitized, maintaining high hygiene standards during night shifts.
  • Perform tasks as directed by senior chefs, such as Sous Chef or Chef de Partie, to assist in meal preparation and service during nighttime hours.
  • Help receive, check, and store deliveries of fresh food and supplies, ensuring proper storage for night use.
  • Observe and participate in different sections of the kitchen during night shifts to gain comprehensive knowledge and experience.

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in culinary operations, demonstrating a strong willingness to learn and support the kitchen team. You should possess foundational knowledge of food preparation techniques and a commitment to following food safety and hygiene standards.
