Construction Assembly Specialist

The Construction Assembly Specialist position at Mane Contract Services involves assembling and building projects using engineering drawings and design data. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with production managers to meet deadlines and maintain budget requirements.
You will also be expected to take part in continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing and 5S processes. A strong background in mechanical fitting, assembly, or joining, preferably in automotive or heavy industry, is essential for this role. Strong communication skills and a proactive team-oriented approach are also required.
A competitive salary of £19,120 per annum (PAYE) or £26,040 per annum (Umbrella) is on offer, along with overtime opportunities and a chance to work on cutting-edge projects with a leading organisation.
