Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Assembly and Manufacturing Engineer to join our production team in Cambridge. The successful candidate will have experience in manufacturing, assembly, and building specialist projects using engineering drawings and design data.

The key responsibilities of this role include manufacturing, assembling, and building specialist projects to meet business and customer expectations. The successful candidate will also support the Production Managers and Team Leaders in ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to the highest quality standard.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in manufacturing, assembly, and building specialist projects using engineering drawings and design data.
  • Ability to support the Production Managers and Team Leaders in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standard.
  • Candidates with backgrounds in coach building, kitting, or similar fields are suitable for this role.

Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £26.04 (umbrella) or £19.12 (PAYE), with £2.89's worth of holiday pay added to PAYE.
  • A half-day finish on Fridays.

Location:

This role is based in Cambridge, with opportunities to work on high-profile military projects.
