About Us

CV Library is seeking an experienced Aerospace Assembly Specialist to join our team in Cambridge. We are looking for someone with previous experience in assembly and manufacturing environments, preferably with laboratory or medical devices knowledge.

The Role

  • Mechanical assembly of products to agreed quality standards.
  • Inspection of products from start to finish.
  • Documentation of build issues and maintenance of build records.
  • Maintenance of stock records and assisting with stock management.
  • Packing of products ready for distribution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an assembly/manufacturing environment building precision equipment.
  • GCSE level education, including Maths and English.
  • IT literate, proficient in MS Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of inspection equipment and use of microscopes.
  • Able to use own initiative and work under minimum supervision.
  • Good communication skills and able to engage with various teams.
  • Flexible and reliable, willing to help influence improvements.

Salary Details

We offer a competitive salary between £27,500 - £30,500 per annum, depending on experience.
