Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at Spencer Clarke Group. As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and education to young people with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of young people to identify their individual needs and develop personalized intervention programs.
  • Utilize outcome and evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness of services and report data to the Head of SEND.
  • Manage a caseload of individual interventions, providing specialist SALT input to young people and teams in educational settings.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
  • Professional registration as a SALT with the HCPC.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and use of your own vehicle.
