Speech and Language Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our Therapeutic Team in Croydon. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering a comprehensive therapeutic service for children in our care.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a caseload of schools to provide high levels of support and consultation for operational colleagues
- Provide therapeutic advice and guidance to teams to enable them to support young people throughout their journey with Horizon
- Develop, write, and regularly review/update therapeutic goals for children and young people in education
- Contribute to the delivery of therapeutic and psychological training to all staff in the organisation as part of the Therapeutic Academy
- BSc registered Speech and Language Therapist
- Experience of working with Children and Young People or relevant demonstrable transferable skills
- Experience of teaching, training, and/or supervision
- Well-developed skills in the ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing
- Ability to work autonomously with the support from individual and peer supervision
- A sound understanding of Microsoft Office components, including knowledge of Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
- Full UK driving licence and use of your own vehicle
