Speech and Language Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our team in Croydon. Our client provides quality residential care and education for young people with diverse needs, including attachment and trauma histories, SEMH challenges, communication difficulties, and neurodiversity.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct SALT assessments to identify individual needs and develop tailored intervention programmes.
  2. Use outcome and evaluation tools to measure service effectiveness and report data to the Head of SEND.
  3. Manage a caseload for individual intervention, providing specialist SALT input to young people and teams in educational settings.
Requirements:
  1. Qualification in Speech and Language Therapy.
  2. Full UK Driving Licence and use of a vehicle.
