Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatrist Early Intervention Specialist to join our team at Hertfordshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to develop a new service for people experiencing a first episode of psychosis.

The post holder will be involved in the assessment and management of a wide range of early psychosis presentations, including comorbid conditions such as substance misuse and mood/anxiety disorders.

To be successful in this role, you must have Section 12, Approved Clinician, and Responsible Clinician status, and be committed to promoting recovery through evidence-based interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • To undertake administrative duties associated with patient care
  • To record clinical activity accurately and submit reports promptly
  • To participate in service and business planning activities

We offer a competitive salary of £83,000 - £108,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have access to mentoring support, dedicated study leave, and opportunities for professional development.
