Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to take on a senior role within our care home. As a leader in adult nursing, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and managing a team of nurses.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional care. You will work closely with the wider care team to ensure that residents receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver clinical nursing care through assessing and monitoring residents' needs and undertaking clinical procedures and administering medication.
  • Lead on admissions/discharges, complex clinical care needs, medical emergencies, and end of life care.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders, including GPs, pharmacists, residents and their relatives/friends and colleagues.
