Nurse Care Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team at St Monica Trust. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our residents in a warm and welcoming environment.
The successful candidate will have a strong nursing background, with experience in caring for older adults, those with disabilities, and individuals with dementia. You will be an effective communicator, able to work collaboratively with colleagues, relatives, and external agencies to ensure seamless care delivery.
Responsibilities- Clinical Leadership: Take charge of clinical nursing duties, including administering medication, treating wounds, and advising on illness or injuries.
- Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support.
- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Qualifications: Hold a current registration as a qualified nurse (adult level 1) with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Experience: Possess significant experience in caring for older adults, those with disabilities, and individuals with dementia.
- Skills: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, work autonomously, and lead by example.
