At Radis Community Care, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our Supported Living team in Pershore. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with additional needs, including learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health, autism, and complex care health needs.

About the Role

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting residents' independence, choice, dignity, and respect by delivering high-quality care and support. This will involve supporting with daily living skills, personal care, medication, meal times, accessing the community, and social activities.

Our mission is to provide outcome-focused, re-enabling care for a range of Service Users, including the elderly and those with physical and/or learning disabilities.
