Care Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant at Willow Bank residential home in Pershore.
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable adults to live their lives to the fullest, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Support service users with daily living tasks, such as washing, dressing, and continence care
- Encourage participation in activities and community support
- Provide emotional support and stimulation
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality care

We are looking for an individual with a warm and friendly personality, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
