Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our Supported Living team in Pershore at Cherry Orchard Bungalow.
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with additional needs, including learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health, autism, and complex care health needs such as epilepsy.
Our approach is person-centered, and we recognize each individual's unique needs and preferences. Your role will be to promote residents' independence, choice, dignity, and respect by delivering the best standards of care.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting with daily living skills and personal care
- Assisting with medication and meal times
- Encouraging access to the community and social activities
- Promoting independence and socialization
We offer a safe and secure home environment where individuals can live independently with the care and support they need. Our communal and shared spaces are of good quality, and our gardens provide a peaceful oasis.
