About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at GCS Associates. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong background in the construction supplies and building materials sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including house builders and developers.
  • Generate quotations and follow up with customers to turn them into orders.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to customers to increase revenue.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an internal sales role within the construction supplies and building materials sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
