American Express is seeking a talented Digital Solution Designer to join our Network Delivery team, focusing on the Enterprise Payments Centre of Excellence.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of payments by collaborating with business partners and technology experts to envision and design innovative digital solutions.

What You'll Do:
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements for development teams.
  • Analyze complex business processes and customer journeys to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Develop compelling presentations and documentation to communicate your ideas and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Contribute to the Agile development process by providing valuable insights and feedback throughout the design and implementation phases.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in the payments space.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in eliciting, documenting, and analyzing business requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor your message to different audiences.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
  • A passion for innovation and a desire to make a real impact on the payments industry.
