Skillful Leadership in Children's Residential Services
As a seasoned leader in children's residential services, you will oversee the daily operations of our care homes in Hertfordshire and Luton Borders. Your exceptional management skills and passion for empowering young minds will inspire a team of dedicated professionals to deliver high-quality care.

We offer an attractive salary package of up to £60,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. You will also benefit from extensive personal and professional development opportunities to progress within our company.

This role requires at least 2 years of experience managing a children's home, along with a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare. A DBS check is necessary, and you must be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people in partnership with parents, carers, and other professionals.

A willingness to undertake onboarding checks and maintain a driving licence (preferably) are advantageous. With a bonus scheme in place, you can earn extra income while enjoying a full-time schedule (some weekends and on-call periods may apply).
