About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Business Growth Executive to drive revenue growth and expansion across our cleaning services division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance our market position.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive business strategies to achieve sales growth and revenue targets.
  2. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  3. Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns to promote our cleaning services and products.
  4. Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data and client feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize sales performance.

Requirements:
  1. Industry Expertise: Proven experience working in sales, marketing, or a related field within the cleaning services or facilities management sector.
  2. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving sales targets.
