Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Software Engineer at Vantiva. As a key member of our professional services team, you will contribute to the design, development, and implementation of next-generation user interfaces for the pay TV industry.

Our team is passionate about engineering principles and is looking for a talented developer to join us in building complex applications using the latest digital TV technologies. You will have the opportunity to work on projects that impact millions of customers worldwide, using modern JavaScript practices and new technologies.

Key responsibilities include designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, building, maintaining, and modifying computer programs of high complexity, significance, and risk. You will also be responsible for resolving technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation, and ensuring that expected application performance levels are achieved.

We are looking for a self-starter who can take ownership of demonstrable functionality from receiving requirements, development, unit test writing through implementation with a high attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

Must-have skills include JavaScript experience, particularly in single-page applications, and a proven ability to take ownership of functionality. Really nice-to-have skills include Agile experience, user experience knowledge, DevOps experience, and JavaScript framework experience.
