About The Role

Our Catering Team Lead will oversee the daily food operations in our company's kitchen. This includes managing a team responsible for preparing and serving fresh, wholesome meals to colleagues. Key responsibilities include:
  • Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Leading a team to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Managing kitchen inventory and supplies.
  • Fostering a positive team culture.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a similar environment.
  • Qualifications in catering and food safety (e.g., Food Safety Level 3 or equivalent).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • An ability to motivate and engage staff.
