Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our Subway team in Colne, BB8 9FJ. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing the store when the Manager is not present, leading and motivating your team, and ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
  • To manage the store's day-to-day operations, including food preparation, store cleanliness, and serving customers
  • To promote sales and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills

Requirements:

Experience as a Team Leader or Assistant Manager in a retail or hospitality environment would be advantageous. You must have excellent leadership and communication skills, be able to work effectively under pressure, and possess a strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
