About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Assistant to join our team at Prestige Nursing & Care. As a Complex Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prompting and administering medication as required
  • Assisting with the preparation of meals and drinks
  • Supporting clients with activities of daily living, including domestic duties and personal care
  • Maintaining and updating care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients
  • Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in complex care interventions

Requirements
  • Paid experience as a Complex Care Assistant is essential
