About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Complex Care Assistant to join our team at Prestige Nursing & Care. As a Complex Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Prompting and administering medication as required
  • Assisting with the preparation of meals and drinks
  • Supporting with activities of daily living, including domestic duties and personal care
  • Maintaining and updating care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients
  • Undertaking training for Complex Care Interventions, including suctioning, ventilation, and PEG

Requirements

  • Paid previous experience as a Complex Care Assistant is essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A driver's license and own car are required
  • Good professional and personal references
